Message Minute (Diving Deep into Fear)

Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego teach us a powerful lesson about facing our fears. Instead of wading in the shallows of their "What ifs," they dove deep into the worst possible scenario - and found God was still there. Their faith wasn't based on God's deliverance but on God's presence. When we dive deep into our fears instead of running from them, we often discover that God is already at the bottom, waiting to meet us there. This doesn't mean our fears aren't real or that bad things won't happen. It means that even in our worst "What if" scenarios, God remains faithful.

Verse: "Even if he does not [deliver us], we want you to know, Your Majesty, that we will not serve your gods." - Daniel 3:18

Reflection Question: What fear have you been avoiding? How might facing it head-on, knowing God is with you, change your perspective?

Prayer: Lord, give me the courage of Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego. Help me face my fears knowing You are with me in the fire. Even if my worst fears come true, I choose to trust in Your presence and faithfulness. Amen.
