Message Minute (His Unchanging Purpose)

God's primary concern isn't about the specific choices we make—like who we marry or where we live—but about who we become through those choices. His purpose for our lives never changes, even when our circumstances do. He's already woven our mistakes, disappointments, and even others' harmful actions into His perfect plan for our lives. This truth brings freedom from the fear of missing God's will. Since He's all-knowing and all-powerful, there's no Plan B with God. He knew every challenge we would face before He made His plan, and He's powerful enough to work all things together for our good and His glory.

Verse: "A woman is bound to her husband as long as he lives. But if her husband dies, she is free to marry anyone she wishes, but he must belong to the Lord." - 1 Corinthians 7:39

Reflection Question: How does knowing that God's purpose for your life is unchanging affect how you view your past decisions and future choices?

Prayer: Father, thank You that Your purposes for my life are greater than my problems and stronger than my mistakes. Help me trust that You're working everything—even my difficulties and disappointments—into Your perfect plan. Give me peace in knowing that Your purpose for my life remains unchanged. Guide me to focus more on becoming the person You want me to be than on making perfect decisions. Amen.
