Message Minute (Flipping the Record)

Just as a record has two sides, every fear has a flip side. While fear plays the "What if something goes wrong" track, faith can flip it over to play "What if God is preparing something amazing?" When we're stuck on fear's greatest hit, we can choose to turn it over and listen to God's promises instead. The enemy wants us focused on what we might lose, but God wants us focused on what we might gain through trusting Him. Every step of faith, whether big or small, is an opportunity to experience God's faithfulness in new ways.

Verse: "For I know the plans I have for you," declares the Lord, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future." - Jeremiah 29:11

Reflection Question: What "What if" fear do you need to flip over today? What might be on the other side of your fear?

Prayer: Lord, help me flip over my fears and trust in Your promises. When I'm tempted to focus on what might go wrong, remind me to consider what might go right when I trust in You. Thank You for having plans to give me hope and a future. In Jesus' name, Amen.
