Message Minute (Being with Jesus)

The greatest privilege of following Jesus is simply being with Him. Too often, we reduce our relationship with Christ to a transaction—we want His benefits without His presence, His power without His Lordship. But Jesus isn't a means to an end; He is the end itself. Nothing compares to knowing Him personally. Consider how you spend time with close friends—sharing conversations, experiencing life together, being present in both joy and sorrow. Our relationship with Jesus should be even more intimate and intentional. Through prayer, Scripture, and quiet moments of communion with Him, we develop a friendship that transforms us from the inside out.

Verse: "Yes, everything else is worthless when compared with the infinite value of knowing Christ Jesus my Lord." - Philippians 3:8

Reflection Question: How intentional are you about spending time with Jesus, not just working for Him?

Prayer: Dear Jesus, forgive me for sometimes treating You as a distant authority rather than a close friend. Draw me into deeper intimacy with You. Help me prioritize our relationship above everything else. May knowing You be my greatest joy and highest aim. Amen.
